Aston le Walls success

Northwood had another successful day at Aston Le Walls, this time in the 60cm Novice Combined Training National Championships. Nichola Peace, riding Rory (who was standing in for the more experienced Inca) placed 6th in her section out of 16 starters. The pair were in 7th place after dressage with a super score of 32.2. The show jumping course, which many were finding testing, was Rory’s biggest to date. He finished with just the planks down and some time penalties to move up to 6th overall. Needless to say, Mum was delighted with her boy!
