I love NRC!! FAB club which unlocked Amber and me on the 1st camp to a world of things we have done since!!! The camp gave me confidence to drive Amber in the truck, ultimately led to me buying it, to do more jumping, to go to the new forest……
Loads of stuff started for me and Amber because of the confidence gained on that 1st camp.
I should be giving the club stuff back for all the good it’s done me!! Xx
Joining NRC has been pretty much the best thing I’ve done for Miley and me. 🥰

Fantastic weekend for Northwood at the SEIB BRC National Horse Trials Championships at Swalcliffe. Mikey Winn and Jackson WON their section of the 100cm class. The pair were in second place after day 1 with an amazing dressage score of 25 and a clear XC, They went into the show jumping on day 2 only 1.8 penalties behind the leader. With the competitors jumping in reverse order, our boys held their nerve to jump a clear round. The leader, last to jump, had 2 fences down promoting Mikey and Jackson to a well deserved first place.
In the 70cm, Sharon Wood and Molly had a great first day. With a dressage score of 33.2 and a clear show jumping round, they went into day 2 in 9th place in their class. Unfortunately, a spot of miscommunication on the cross country course lead to an early stop. Nevertheless, they put it behind them and sped round to complete the rest of the course. I’m sure they’ll be back next year to make amends.
